Monica Bhandari

Monica bhandari brings over 34 years of experience in shaping organisations, building leadership capability, and driving transformation across retail, telecom, and consumer sectors. She has held CHRO and senior leadership roles at organisations such as house of anita dongre and tbz LTD. (bse listed), and has been part of the bharti–Walmart joint venture during key phases of growth.

Her work focuses on aligning people, structure, and strategy to enable scalable business outcomes.

Experience & Recognition

She has LED large-scale transformation initiatives and brings global experience through her work with Walmart across Japan, China, and as asia lead for HR and financial services projects across 16 countries.

An icf-accredited coach and certified organisation development and change management specialist, monica is recognised among the top 50 HR leaders by the world hrd congress & economic times (2017) and asia Pacific hrm congress (2015).
